The Little Chef Diary : Japanese Pancake 日式煎饼

What it should look like but I made something similar. Hehe.
Just to introduce to you all what is 柴鱼片。

I have made this a few days ago and decided to blog on this just because it is tasty and simple. I love it so much so as my brother. I have tried it at Jusco as they started to sell it there after the recent renovation.
I managed to make five piece out of the ingredients and my brother ate two of it, my mother and me each ate one. The leftover we kept in the fridge and my mum added a piece of cheese on it and steamed. It taste different but it's a really tempting dish. Do try it out during this holidays. :)

Japanese Pancake 日式煎饼 (取自悠闲的下午茶,有稍微改动)
材料:
面粉 200g
鸡蛋(大) 2x
水 250 ml
泡菜
洋葱末
蒜头碎
酱油
*口味依个人喜好- 可添加猪肉片,虾仁,章鱼 (我放了鱼饼)
*由于我配出的面糊太糊了,我增加了面粉的份量


沾料 :美乃滋 (Mayonnaise),柴鱼薄片(Daiso有售)

方法:
1。 将面粉筛入圆锅内,加入两粒鸡蛋及水分,用大蛋器打至成光滑状。
2。在面糊内加入其余的材料以及口味,有筷子拌匀。
3。在不粘锅内放入少许牛油,到入适量面糊,小火煎烤。
4。待周围渐渐凝固后,慢慢地翻面,继续煎烤。
5。煎透后,盛入盘子,涂上一层美乃滋,铺上柴鱼薄片,即可享受了。 :)
